EXCALIBUR SOLUTION PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT TERMS

1. The Platform acts as a facilitator between Freelancers/Companies and Customers, handling payment transactions for services provided by Freelancers/Companies.
2. Payments for completed services will be processed through the selected payment gateway on the Platform. The specific payment gateway may vary based on user preference and availability in the respective regions.
3. The Platform may deduct a service fee or commission from the total payment received for Freelancer/Company services. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated to Freelancers/Companies before services are rendered.
4. The service fee or commission deducted by the Platform is intended to cover the cost of facilitating transactions, maintaining the Platform, and providing support services.

PAYMENT DISBURSEMENT

1. Payments received from customers for Freelancer services will be held in the Freelancer’s account on the Platform until the completion of services or as otherwise agreed upon.
2. Once the services are completed and approved by the customer, the payment, minus any applicable service fees or commissions, will be disbursed to the Freelancer’s designated payment account within the agreed-upon time frame.
3. The disbursement process may be subject to additional processing time imposed by the chosen payment gateway.
   PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING
4. The Platform accepts the following payment methods:
   1.1. PayPal
   1.2. Razorpay
   1.3 Stripe
   1.4 UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
   1.5 Wire transfers (Bank transfers)
5. Payments made through the Platform will be processed securely using the selected payment gateway. The specific payment gateway may vary based on user preference and availability in the respective regions.
6. Users will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway’s website to complete the payment process. The Platform does not store any sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or bank account details.
7. All transactions made on the Platform will be conducted in the currency specified during the checkout process. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the selected currency is accurate.
8. The Platform may charge transaction fees for the use of its services. The applicable fees will be clearly stated before the payment process is initiated. Users are responsible for any additional fees imposed by the chosen payment gateway, such as transaction processing fees or currency conversion fees.
   REFUNDS AND DISPUTES
9. Refunds for transactions made on the Platform will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.
10. In the event of a dispute between the customer and the freelancer/company, the Platform will facilitate communication and attempt to resolve the issue.
    TAXES AND COMPLIANCE
11. Freelancers/Companies are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, including GST, income taxes, sales taxes, or value-added taxes, as required by the applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
12. The Platform does not provide tax advice and encourages Freelancers to consult with a tax professional to ensure compliance with tax obligations.
    PROMO CODES
    From time to time we may offer you promo codes for Jobs rendered and other services offered on the Site, at special discounts. Promo Codes are valid only for purchases on Excalibur Solution and are subject to different time limitations and will expire after their predefined term. To exercise your promo code, simply enter the code on the checkout page. If you fail to do so, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Promo codes are limited to one use per user and may not be used or combined with any other promotion. Promo codes may be subject to additional conditions and restrictions as will be disclosed to you upon receipt of the promo codes. Promo codes may be voided in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service. Excalibur Solution reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time.
    PAYMENT SECURITY
13. The Platform employs industry-standard security measures to protect payment information. However, the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security of user data and disclaims liability for any unauthorized access or breaches of payment information.
14. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment information, including passwords, PINs, or other authentication credentials associated with their payment gateway accounts.
    COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
15. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing financial transactions, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.
16. The Platform reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from users to verify their identity and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    MODIFICATION OF PAYMENT POLICY
17. The Platform reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the Platform’s website.
18. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the modified Payment Policy will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.

IN NO EVENT WILL EXCALIBUR SOLUTION, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
